Pearl C.: I had a rough experience here, maybe I came on an off day and my feet did feel softer after the treatment. And my manicurist did work hard on my hands and feet. Location was quite dirty, someone’s nail filings all over the table and for pedi she put my feet on her lap under the desk to work on them. I didn’t speak Spanish very well and kept trying to communicate via translate. They said it would be $18 for a mani/pedi but charged me $40 because of paraffin without telling me it would be extra. I didn’t even get color. It made me feel like they were taking advantage of me, and I didn’t speak the language enough to complain. That is an awful feeling. The cuticle cutting was very painful and I kept cringing, did not bleed but was very red. I would suggest anyone looking for nail service, especially if you don’t speak Spanish, to go to Valeria Enderica, close to this location but much more clean and professional (and $25 for mani/pedi + callous removal). I don’t like to speak poorly about a business, but I wish I knew this before deciding to come here. Again, maybe an off day, and maybe if you are a Spanish speaker they treat you much better.
