The Trusted Traveller: Great location, and the area is developing nicely with restaurants and amenities. Hotel is not keeping up, however, as the hotel was dated, rooms fairly unpleasant and service slow. The rooms were comparatively expensive, and all round experience disappointing.

Washington Villamarin: Un hotel muy acogedor, cómodo y con un ambiente en la Naturaleza. Tiene piscina , muy conveniente para los días calurosos. Podría decir que no es tan tradicional como los hoteles de lujo que ofrecen una habitación y nada más. Esta ubicado a 15 minutos del Malecón y 25 minutos del aeropuerto. Alrededor es muy fácil encontrar bancos como el Banco de Guayaquil y Pichincha. Buenos restaurantes y minimarkets. Recomendado.

Eric Aronica: The hotel is well located in the heart of Guayaquil, rooms are nice even if they are different some of them are bigger with a bigger bathroom, we felt downgraded, also do not expect any view, the only view is the parking space,Regarding the level of service, it really depends, the kitchen staff is very careful, the welcoming staff especially in the morning is the worse, when we got there i had to look for a doorman to take care of our bags, they even asked me what are we doing here, uhhh we are clients with a reservation…), the worse is the young lady treating us like thieves to pay for the breakfast we had in case we won’t pay it… she was very rude, very disappointing Relais & Chateau, it doesn’t worth the price they charge you!

Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. Complimentary drink voucher given upon arrival. The pool is the best part it feels serene and excluded from the city noise. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.
Nicola Briccola: Albergo di categoria che cresce sulla parete posteriore della Cattedrale. Ospita un bar e due ristoranti, al piano superiore si possono trovare sauna, giochi da tavolo, PlayStation, calcio balilla, palestra e campo da squash, tra gli altri servizi. Presente anche una piccola piscina al piano terra. Offerto gradito drink di benvenuto. Ottimo.Rooms: L'aria condizionata presenta un impianto piuttosto datato e rumoroso.

All very tasty, variety, humitas, quipes, onion, a delight, special apple juice, celery, and watermelon juice. Here I point out an observation for the hotel, they took a long time to refill the jugs with these juices.They must provide the date and number of guests in the hotel.

I gave them a $10 for change and then the girl at the front desk refused to give me change or my money back.2. They cancelled my reservation without any notice and made me pay for a private room instead.3. Came for the happy hour and was told they were “out of alcohol” after receiving a text about it 30 minutes before me going.Overall - nothing but bad experiences here. And it’s NOTHING like the photos.
Eponine G: I made a reservation in January for my stay in June.. we just arrived and they said they had to cancel it. I never got any email saying it was cancelled. They acted like they did not care and only offered us a private room for MORE what we originally paid, with no discount.Very disappointing. I will not ever stay here again.
Celina Peter: We wouldn't come back! A GoPro and cash were stolen from our room. We told the hotel staff and also explained that we are sure that the things were there before, still they were suspicious of us and as a first reaction defended the cleaning lady. Only after 2 days complaining really angry, the hotel manager helped us more. The security in this hostel was not guaranteed! We were offered another night to stay, but we already had next bookings, then they didn't even offer a coffe or food ....Safety: Bad security!
Hoseina Marcos: the security at Manso Boutique is not guaranteed at all. we had cash stolen from the room plus a GoPro and the hotel staff did not want to believe that the things got away and they did not help us at all in the beginning and did not take us seriously. They did not accommodate us at all and the staff was completely overwhelmed with the situation. Only after we wanted to speak to the manager were we and our problem taken seriously. All in all, a very unprofessional staff and a disastrous experience at Manso Boutique Hotel. We would not recommend it to anyone!

Michał R: Beautiful hotel located in a historic villa just at the Guayaquil waterfront. The owners did an amazing job renovating the building, while at the same time keeping its vintage spirit. The stay here is worth it just for admiring the magnificent architecture. Claire Seller: It was nice for sure, but it’s definitely not 5-stars that google says.It’s a fun place to stay as it has super old charm and it’s an experience. The bedroom was comfortable. Bathroom was pretty bad, full of ants and not nice towels. Breakfast was bad, I’d rather go out and pay.
