Vero Jacquie: I arrived at 3pm to the hotel, I let the front lady know I am leaving at 9pm because I am going to the airport. She said $10When I was leaving the front lady desk said i arrived at 11am and that I should pay a total of $15 for staying extra time and I should of only stayed 2 hrs for $10. It does not make sense to pay $10 for 2 hrs.I felt I was taken advantage of for being a single female.I asked her to look at the cameras to see the time I arrived and I want to talk to the boss. She did not allow me to talk to the boss and she did not want to check the cameras. I told her look, I took a picture of the wifi when I arrived it was 3pm, I was on the bus at 11am.All in all, I don’t recommend staying here because of the customer service and the front lady saying one thing then charging me extra when I left and then telling me the wrong time I came in.

En todas sus publicaciones dicen que los envíos son por servientrega, por lo mismo hice una compra para Quito indicándoles la dirección exacta dónde necesitaba que me llegue el producto. Ya realizada la compra les solicité información del estado del envío y en ese momento me doy cuenta de que me enviaron al terminal de Carcelén, nunca me informaron a donde llegaba ni me dijeron que no era a domicilio. Al escribirles para buscar una solución y después de intentar que me respondan un día y medio, ni se disculparon, más bien dijeron que me estoy haciendo mucho problema, que pague $15 más y haga el trámite para que el paquete regrese a Guayaquil y de ahí me envíen a domicilio. No saben tratar al cliente, no aceptan que el error fue de ellos, solo se lavan las manos y que uno vea como soluciona el problema.
