Luis Bermudes: The UCSG is one of the traditional universities of Guayaquil and one of the most important in the country by extension. Its campus has grown by making important additions, with buildings that are not only functional but also have elegant facades such as the Business Specialties building. The overpass that leads to the main entrance is the only one that is both a commercial passageway that has a Metrovía station below and also connects with Guayarte. Studying in an academic environment that is both elegant and relaxed seems to be the premise of UCSG. This institution also has a well-earned academic prestige and even presidents of Ecuador who were born in Guayaquil have strong ties with it.

Alexandra Hedrich: I recently attempted to make an online purchase, the website did not allow me to make the purchase for whatever reason. I decided to go to this store and purchase the items (3 new ac split units). To my surprise, the same units online for $289.00 each were available at the store for $339.00. When I asked them to honor what their website says they simply replied that is not possible. Terrible customer service and huge disconnection between their website and actual stores. The store clerk mentioned this is something that often happens, in my opinion it gives the client a bad taste and experience. I ended up taking my business somewhere else and end up purchasing four ac units and a large TV. I really hope this company would reach out and in some sort of way make it better...
