Yulai Pavón Carbo: Fui derivada al IECED y la atención fue muy buena. Las chicas de recepción son muy agiles, te hacen firmar toda la documentación correspondiente y te ayudan con los trámites. El personal médico es competente y el equipo es adecuado. Me realizaron una endoscopia y una colonoscopia, el proceso inició 2 horas después de la hora a la que me citaron pero dada la cantidad de personas y lo que dura el procedimiento más los trámites me pareció bien. Procuraron que me hubiera recuperado adecuadamente de la anestesia antes de llevarme con mi familiar. Definitivamente lo recomiendo

Mishelle: Un familiar fue a hacerse una colonoscopía y a pesar de tener el primer turno y estar a primera hora, no le atendieron hasta después de 1 hora porque le cogieron tema debido a que su familiar que le acompañaba no había llevado celular y basándose en eso, le pusieron "peros" e hicieron pasar a otras 3 personas (casi también una 4ta) que llegaron después. La verdad es que el personal deja mucho que desear y la atención del lugar (con esto) muchos más. Un curso de atención al cliente no les vendría mal y también algo de humildad y respeto.Espero hagan las debidas correcciones.
