ROBERTO VALLADARES: A year and 6 months ago I made one of the worst decisions, when purchasing a vehicle with this commercial house, actually thinking that they were serious and very responsible but unfortunately neither one nor the otherMy vehicle has all the maintenance carried out in the commercial house, paying all the values that are charged for each maintenance.Unfortunately, the car has some faults that up to now cannot be identified by personnel who are supposed to be guaranteed by your own workshops.I have had to make part of the scheduled maintenance payments, other eventual ones where each visit for the same failure.The vehicle, due to its failure, I have already spent approximately $1600, that only for the events that are never solved.It is a shame that no one is responsible or responsible, it is unfair to have a vehicle apparently from a commercial house to have these expenses as if the vehicle were second hand.My complaint I have formalized on a few occasions by a call center that apparently is of no use because there is no person in charge to face it.Reason for which I will be formalizing the complaint these days by some means of communication if they show their faces in this way.Right now the car is in the workshop, not working anymore, as they always have to wait to say how much their maintenance dial costs, which is useless for Wednesday.Sincerely.Roberto ValladaresServices:Exhaust,Tires,Electrical

They charged me a thousand dollars for a problem that they never solved: the excessive smoke from my twrracan and, just like Mr. Roger, they took 2 days to give me an estimate. Since the smoke problem didn't go away, they finally took it off saying it was the turbo!! I do not recommend it at all.
Roger Garcia: Bad experience...IN THE HOUSE OF THE NOZZLEThey recommend me as the best, but it is not like that, they have me waiting two days to make an estimate for the cost of repairing the pump, as if they were going to repair an airplane engine, they take too much time, they do a job without changing a simple gasket from an injection pump, which was left spewing out diesel, and by saying "don't worry, we're going to give you a solution" they solve everything, and one's time is useless, and but to get paid well they are number one, I'll give one star because to reach five they still have a lot to do. Total dissatisfaction, with this bad experience I would not like to think that they have only done or not done... Honestly, they leave me thinking... 😈
Marco Alcivar Perez: I had come here to do a simple tire alignment. They had not one it properly so I had to come back. The staff was somewhat rude. Give the fact that they do alignment manually instead of electronically, chances are it will take a few tries for them to get it right.
