Fui a comprar el 27 de junio di los datos y el día de hoy habiendo pasado 9 días me dicen que no van a estar cambiado la información cada vez que el cliente quiera y me dicen que me “reenviarán” la factura al final de la tarde y ahora en la noche que reviso siguen sin hacerlo. Recalcó la palabra porque cada vez que un cliente se queja en vez de disculparse le hechan la culpa. Hay empresas que no evolucionan porque se llenan de procesos y no se dan cuenta de todos los puntos del dolor del cliente.
