Please make sure you got cash though. Some places don't take credit cards. Always clean, clean rooms as long you leave your key. They also have breakfast in the mornings. It was great. Maria: Strange place. The reception woman tried to get rid of me as quickly as possible, half way out of the door while I was still asking questions. The room was not very clean, the bed sheets too. People chatting in the pool outside the room late. More of a motel feel without the cosiness. Next time would spend more money and stay in one of the real hotels nearby.

Joao Marcos Botelho Luz: I booked and paid partially my room online as requested and received the confirmation by email. I also opted for airport transportation and they picked me up at the airport.When I arrived to check in they said my reservation was cancelled. It took them 30min to figure out what happened - I still don't know why they cancelled my reservation - and simply said "I am sorry, your reservation was cancelled and we don't have another room available to accommodate you".And it was really bad because the city was completely full and very hard to find any room available. If it wasn't for friends who opened their doors to stay with them I literally wouldn't have a place to sleep.Very bad management and terrible customers service. I wouldn't trust them in the future.What it is more bizarre is that the hotel actually picked me up at the airport and when I got there I had no reservation! How do they pick up someone at the airport without a reservation???

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is 5 minutes from the airport and they have transfer in/out at the time you require. They have restaurant service until 23:30. Amy Cooper: Dingy place down a narrow alley the entrance of which is blocked by a car valet place. A neighbour’s dog never stopped barking through the night and I never got a wink of sleep the two nights I was there. Should have been one night if KLM did not mess with my flight. The first room allocated was tiny, filthy and unsafe with a window that has no bars or glass opened to the back alley. The second room was much better, cleaner, roomier but the bathroom floods whenever I take a shower. The staff at reception are nice though but does not make up for the miserable stay I had. Stayed 15 & 16 Nov 2022.
