However, the response I received was shockingly unhelpful and rigid. The hotel staff demonstrated a complete disregard for my situation and made no effort to accommodate my request.As a customer, I expected the hotel to be empathetic and understanding, especially considering that I had already paid for two rooms. However, their unwillingness to provide any alternative solutions or even engage in a meaningful conversation left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. It is deeply disappointing when a hotel fails to prioritize customer service, particularly in situations where circumstances beyond the guest's control necessitate changes to their reservation.It is essential for hotels to recognize that flight delays and cancellations are common occurrences in the travel industry. It is unreasonable and unprofessional for the Holiday Inn Aeropuerto to ignore this reality and adhere strictly to inflexible policies that do not account for such situations. As a result, my experience at the hotel was marred by a sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction.I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering a stay at the Holiday Inn Aeropuerto in Guayaquil. Esteban Ortiz Prado: I was a couple of times in this Hotel, you eat very close to the airport, if your idea is to go and work and return to Guayaquil for a meeting, it is very close and convenient, however, the activities to be carried out on foot outside the Hotel They are not so abundant, therefore you should take a taxi or some other means of transport, but this does not diminish the rating of the Hotel.

Luis Bermudes: La UCSG es una de las universidades tradicionales de Guayaquil y una de las más importantes del país por extensión. Su campus ha crecido haciendo importantes adiciones, con edificios que no solo son funcionales sino que también tienen fachadas elegantes como el edificio de Especialidades Empresariales. El paso elevado que lleva a la entrada principal es el unico que es a la vez un pasaje comercial que debajo tiene una estación de la Metrovía y además conecta con Guayarte. Estudiar en un ambiente académico que a la vez es elegante y relajado parece ser la premisa de la UCSG. Esta institución tiene además un bien ganado prestigio académico e incluso presidentes del Ecuador que nacieron en Guayaquil tienen fuertes lazos con ella.
