Unfortunately the service is at least discreet and mediocre, with excessive unjustified delay in taking the order and serving, because if they are not called, the waiters do not come to the table. They don't bring you the wine and drinks menu if you don't ask for it, and the worst thing is the quality and taste of the food, leaving a lot to be desired if you take into account the value for money. Zimmer absolut ok.Allerdings ist das Restaurant zum Abendessen oder Frühstück sehr unangenehm.Wir aßen auf der Terrasse zu Abend und überall standen Schilder, auf denen 15 % Rabatt auf Mahlzeiten und alkoholfreie Getränke standen. Das Essen ist teuer und von mittelmäßiger Qualität. Der Service ist überhaupt nicht gut. Als wir die Rechnung bekamen, waren keine 15 % ermäßigt. Warum? Denn wir waren auf der Terrasse! Ich sagte, ich stimme überhaupt nicht zu, weil es kein Wort darüber gibt. Nach kurzer Diskussion wurden die 15 % reduziert. Danach wollten wir etwas in der Bar trinken, bestellten einen Caipirinha und eine Erdbeer-Magarita und bekamen die schlechtesten Cocktails, die wir seit vielen Jahren hatten.Überhaupt keine Empfehlung

When communicating this to the person at the buffet, he had no reaction or intention to solve this. My husband told the other person he was serving and he didn't flinch either. We had to limit ourselves to serving what was inside the samorbars and use the tableware, not the ladles that are prepared for this. We also found that there was little choice in main courses. The desserts were very good. The waiters gave good attention. Environment not as warm as in other hotels of a similar category.

RXBS: Every time I can escape between meetings in Guayaquil, Café Colón is the ideal place to eat a delicious treat like its hamburger. With more time, and peace of mind, definitely, and without a doubt the recommendation is to try their buffet, with traditional and international dishes... but their high point, for me, are their ceviches. I love shrimp ceviche since it has a touch very similar to the one my father used to prepare...mmm good and delicious memories!!! Ahh... I forgot, with this hamburger a very cold coke.

Xavier Hidalgo: I have been a guest at your hotel for decades and your attention has always been impeccable, but I just arrived on Saturday with my wife and we did not have valet parking, additionally, I had to almost explain to a person who came to stay at the hotel so that the bellhop to come over and take my luggage; I had to personally take my car to the parking lot and there was no guard on site, just a guard in front of the hotel.I went to the counter and got in the Green Gold rewards line and the attention was very, very bad, no, they gave me a rate that they have never given me since I am a frequent customer in all the green golds in the country, so they gave me a suit for the cost of a simple one, when I as a guest have even been in the presidential.It's definitely not fair, their most loyal customers treat and serve them like anything...
