Sebastian Cevallos: A finales de noviembre aprovechando los precios por Black Friday me adelante a comprar una TV, al momento estábamos remodelando y no podíamos instalarla pero queríamos aprovechar el descuento. A finales de enero decidimos instalar la TV y al sacarla de la caja nos damos cuenta que la parte posterior estaba rayada y sucia, la volvimos a empacar fácilmente, ya que nunca sacamos ni los plásticos protectores, no sin antes tomar fotos para hacer el respectivo reclamo de garantía, parecía una TV que había estado en display en alguna tienda o que había sido vendida y devuelta. Me acerque al Sony Store de Mall del Sol y me dijeron que iban a escalar mi reclamo y me darían una respuesta, asumía que se referían a una visita técnica para ver el estado y confirmar que la TV contaba con su caja y todos sus accesorios, que lo estaba, como estipula su política de garantías atrás de la factura. Pasaron 2 días y nunca recibí una respuesta, escribo para preguntar en que había quedado mi reclamo y solo me respondieron que no habría cambio y fin del comunicado, no revisaron mi caso, no realizaron la inspección, sencillamente dijeron NO sin investigar o confirmar lo que decía, a pesar de que les pedí que no me tomen la palabra y que vayan a verificar por su propia cuenta para que saquen sus propias conclusiones. Hasta incluso le escribí un mail directamente a una señora/señorita apellido Marín, que es la encargada del tema de garantías y servicio post venta de Sony y nunca me contesto.Tal vez no siempre el cliente tiene la razón, pero si eres un cliente de casi 20 años, al menos te has ganado el beneficio de la duda. Nunca exigí que me tenían que dar la garantía, lo único que pedía era que hagan una inspección, verifiquen y decidan, tal vez hasta al revisar el código se daban cuenta que en efecto esa TV estuvo en display en alguna tienda o había sido devuelta, quien sabe. En tal caso esa no es manera de tratar a un cliente, al final ya no se trataba de si era garantía o no, era sentirse respaldado por una marca, por una compañía seria y lo único que me demostraron es que para ellos sencillamente los clientes van y vienen.ACTUALIZACION:La pantalla dejo de funcionar después de 1 año y 4 meses. Con esto confirmo que la TV o era usada o era la que estaba en display en la tienda, en pocas palabras no era nueva, me estafaron. Lastimosamente ni siquiera pude reclamar la garantía, porque está era solo por 1 año.
