Our facilities are designed to offer a friendly atmosphere to create a community among travelers. It is common to see our guests enjoying a sunny day in our pool while having a drink, sharing a meal with other travelers while talking about their travel adventures, playing a board game, or watching a movie in the TV room.
We offer 24-hour reception, but we do not have a fixed schedule for our receptionists. Therefore, we arrange our staff schedule based on our reservations. Please, let us know your check-in time in advance here. When you make your reservation, you will receive a message with the online check-in form.
Dreamkapture offers a shared room to enjoy Netflix. There are no TV sets in our rooms.
A complimentary light continental breakfast buffet is served in the dining room every day from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.

Eric Aronica: The hotel is well located in the heart of Guayaquil, rooms are nice even if they are different some of them are bigger with a bigger bathroom, we felt downgraded, also do not expect any view, the only view is the parking space,Regarding the level of service, it really depends, the kitchen staff is very careful, the welcoming staff especially in the morning is the worse, when we got there i had to look for a doorman to take care of our bags, they even asked me what are we doing here, uhhh we are clients with a reservation…), the worse is the young lady treating us like thieves to pay for the breakfast we had in case we won’t pay it… she was very rude, very disappointing Relais & Chateau, it doesn’t worth the price they charge you!

My EMAIL: We are a family of 5 from DK and NZ, three children under 6. We booked on WhatsApp and everyone were so helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, with 2 beds big enough for all of us to share. Nice hot showers. Free Wifi. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Close walking distance to the bus station and airport. 5$ by taxi from the airport. It is a safe area to be for families. They serve American style breakfast for 4$. When we visit this city again, we will choose to stay here again.

Yinyiang: Extremely disappointing. For the price it's awful... dingy rooms without windows, wifi worked for about 5 minutes in total for our stay, unhelpful staff. To add, they only offer instant coffee at breakfast to have with the plastic 'ham'. For $50 it's just appaling value for money, so I would steer clear of this hotel and book another place cheaper nearby, if you have a flight.

ssaammaayyy: I do not recommend this place at all. Last time I took my pet hoping it will be a good place. But not really. I was disappointed. They charged me for tests and I had to wait 4 days to get the results. When in other places they deliver it the same day or maximum, one day is expected.I took my pet to another vet but they couldn't help me enough because I still didn't have the exams that I had paid for in this place and they sent me just in the afternoon. And they told me that in a few minutes they were going to call me to explain the results and they didn't call me until the next day. Apart from the fact that it is not a cheap place, to "justify" the deal. I do not recommend it at all.

Xavier Hidalgo: I have been a guest at your hotel for decades and your attention has always been impeccable, but I just arrived on Saturday with my wife and we did not have valet parking, additionally, I had to almost explain to a person who came to stay at the hotel so that the bellhop to come over and take my luggage; I had to personally take my car to the parking lot and there was no guard on site, just a guard in front of the hotel.I went to the counter and got in the Green Gold rewards line and the attention was very, very bad, no, they gave me a rate that they have never given me since I am a frequent customer in all the green golds in the country, so they gave me a suit for the cost of a simple one, when I as a guest have even been in the presidential.It's definitely not fair, their most loyal customers treat and serve them like anything...

J V: A big difference from what you find online about the rooms compared to in person. Not happy about the deluxe queen room that was booked here. I'd rather spend my money on another hotel before staying here again. Made sure to talk to the receptionist but wasn't offered anything better and felt like it was a bother. Disappointed we selected to stay here for the first time visiting the city of Guayaquil.
