Cesar Antonio Tamay: A week ago I bought this new Chevrolet car with the AUTOMATIC package. I took it to this place to have the windows laminated. After leaving my car in this place for approximately 5 hours, I went to get my car. It made me suspicious when I arrived that all the employees were cornered to one side of the garage and looking at me as if they were scared and everyone was completely silent as soon as I arrived but I didn't care. I asked for my keys and headed home. When I got home and while I was showing my cousins the laminated windows, I realized that my car had a scratch on the front right side. I immediately called the lady who attended me and sent her the photo of the vehicle. She told me "Bring me the car to the store tomorrow" then she called me again and told me "My boss says that I look at the cameras and the accident you are talking about is not happened here." As I told her, you know that if that accident happened at your place and it seems to me that instead of denying it, they should apologize and NOT want me to pay for damage to my vehicle that I did not cause. Thank God I have a good job which allows me to pay for the mistake that this Car Clean business made. I also have an experience in very bad taste and it impresses me to see the impudence of some people. There is no need to excuse these people.I would never recommend this place!!!
