Zimmer absolut ok.Allerdings ist das Restaurant zum Abendessen oder Frühstück sehr unangenehm.Wir aßen auf der Terrasse zu Abend und überall standen Schilder, auf denen 15 % Rabatt auf Mahlzeiten und alkoholfreie Getränke standen. Das Essen ist teuer und von mittelmäßiger Qualität. Der Service ist überhaupt nicht gut. Als wir die Rechnung bekamen, waren keine 15 % ermäßigt. Warum? Denn wir waren auf der Terrasse! Ich sagte, ich stimme überhaupt nicht zu, weil es kein Wort darüber gibt. Nach kurzer Diskussion wurden die 15 % reduziert. Danach wollten wir etwas in der Bar trinken, bestellten einen Caipirinha und eine Erdbeer-Magarita und bekamen die schlechtesten Cocktails, die wir seit vielen Jahren hatten.Überhaupt keine Empfehlung

Mayra Chilán Mera: We could not enjoy or relax at the buffet lunch because when we served ourselves we noticed 3 huge flies landing on the food that is uncovered. When communicating this to the person at the buffet, he had no reaction or intention to solve this. My husband told the other person he was serving and he didn't flinch either. We had to limit ourselves to serving what was inside the samorbars and use the tableware, not the ladles that are prepared for this. We also found that there was little choice in main courses. The desserts were very good. The waiters gave good attention. Environment not as warm as in other hotels of a similar category.

Xavier Hidalgo: I have been a guest at your hotel for decades and your attention has always been impeccable, but I just arrived on Saturday with my wife and we did not have valet parking, additionally, I had to almost explain to a person who came to stay at the hotel so that the bellhop to come over and take my luggage; I had to personally take my car to the parking lot and there was no guard on site, just a guard in front of the hotel.I went to the counter and got in the Green Gold rewards line and the attention was very, very bad, no, they gave me a rate that they have never given me since I am a frequent customer in all the green golds in the country, so they gave me a suit for the cost of a simple one, when I as a guest have even been in the presidential.It's definitely not fair, their most loyal customers treat and serve them like anything...

Paula Battalia Brand: Our stay in early May 2023 for three days was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange a reliable pick up from the airport which was around midnight. The restaurant staff were nice, and the food was very good. The room, lobby and restaurant were all kept very clean. The included breakfast was excellent along with the service (different than the evening staff). There was a variety of items – coffee, yummy hot chocolate, fresh fruit, yogurts, breads, along with hot items and you could order a verity of egg dishes made to order. The location was quiet and made it easy to access the Malecon.
