Rossana Macias: There is no name for the terrible attention they give, the "miss" a person who is too misplaced and the "sir" don't even say. If it was not an obligation to buy from them, they no longer existed, at least they should worry about customer service, which only includes shipping a few books.
X. Castillo: In Gye, a woman attends without any cordiality, as if it bothers her to be there. I've been there twice and both times are the same. Also, they don't have the complete books, I have to go with the student book because the workbook is over... Which is a waste of time for the father of the family.
Eliana Bravo Romero: The worst place to buy, 2 men who serve there are inhumane, not at all empathetic with the client, I arrived at 6:00 pm and they closed the door in my face, even though I asked them to please sell me a book, they didn't do it and left they laughed.
