Xavier Hidalgo: I have been a guest at your hotel for decades and your attention has always been impeccable, but I just arrived on Saturday with my wife and we did not have valet parking, additionally, I had to almost explain to a person who came to stay at the hotel so that the bellhop to come over and take my luggage; I had to personally take my car to the parking lot and there was no guard on site, just a guard in front of the hotel.I went to the counter and got in the Green Gold rewards line and the attention was very, very bad, no, they gave me a rate that they have never given me since I am a frequent customer in all the green golds in the country, so they gave me a suit for the cost of a simple one, when I as a guest have even been in the presidential.It's definitely not fair, their most loyal customers treat and serve them like anything...

Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. Complimentary drink voucher given upon arrival. The pool is the best part it feels serene and excluded from the city noise. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.

All very tasty, variety, humitas, quipes, onion, a delight, special apple juice, celery, and watermelon juice. Eric Aronica: The hotel is well located in the heart of Guayaquil, rooms are nice even if they are different some of them are bigger with a bigger bathroom, we felt downgraded, also do not expect any view, the only view is the parking space,Regarding the level of service, it really depends, the kitchen staff is very careful, the welcoming staff especially in the morning is the worse, when we got there i had to look for a doorman to take care of our bags, they even asked me what are we doing here, uhhh we are clients with a reservation…), the worse is the young lady treating us like thieves to pay for the breakfast we had in case we won’t pay it… she was very rude, very disappointing Relais & Chateau, it doesn’t worth the price they charge you!
