Ziad Reslan: If you're visiting Guyaqil, you can generally go to any gym and just pay a day fee to enter (anywhere between $3 and $10 - more than that and you're being gouged). This place charged me $5 for the day which was pretty reasonable given how large the gym is. Inside, there's a serious spinning studio, free weights area, machines and a boxing area. Free weights are a bit mismatched and equipment on the dinky side. But otherwise fine gym to work out at for a day.

Tambien tienen asesoramiento para "subir de peso" que en teoría es el gym con pesas. Se los recomiendo. Tiene un precio aceptable y buenas promociones, especialmente para las damas. Aprovechen!! ;)
