I'm not only complaining about the renewal but about the system in general
Camila Ramirez: Terrible service, they take good care of you until you hire, then they play with you in customer service. Really if they can go with another better company, this company is not worth it.
IIich Castillo: I contacted a representative of the company and until then the communication was fluid. When I had already contracted the electronic signature service, the extensions began. It's been 4 days and I still don't have the signature. If you are in a rush be prepared to wait forever with this company. I'm going to ask for a refund.
Lu Lú: I swear that Contífico is the worst, do not contract with this company where the client is your mockery. They have the worst Support service, their modules are incomplete and basic reports are missing, the platform as such has many leaks, shortcomings and errors that nobody is interested in solving. It is the most inefficient company I have ever dealt with and the client is totally helpless. It's a problem that nobody wants especially in a growing business. Please do not fall for companies like this.
Lucía Lazo: It is the worst experience of all, it is giving money away. They're the worst. I do not recommend this company at all, they are the most expensive and the least efficient, if you want to waste your money, hire Contifico and die of courage.
