Se debe ingresar por una puerta verde pequeña, pero siempre hay peligro hasta que abran la puerta desde la parte interior, ya que la calle no presenta seguridades.Las gradas de acceso son bastante incómodas y estrechas, si se llega con equipaje se hace difícil el acceso. Las gradas tienen unas luces blancas que hacen que se pierda la perspectiva de su tamaño, por lo que hay que tener cuidado al subir.No tiene ascensor, por lo que hay que estar dispuesto a cargar la maleta todo el tiempo y hacer ejercicio. Las gradas para llegar al tercer piso son peligrosas ya que están deterioradas y tienen tamaños diferentes por lo que hay que tener cuidado.Las habitaciones están limpias, pero en la que me asignaron tenían un colchón demasiado blando, con lo cual se hace difícil descansar. Las sábanas eran de material sintético y de color rojo.El baño esta bien, pero te entregan una sola toalla que dejan sobre la cama. Si se pide una segunda de forma amable te la entregan. No hay dónde colgar la toalla.EL desayuno es sencillo y austero. El sitio donde lo sirven es confortable.La atención es muy buena, pero se siente poco personal.Los muebles en la habitación pesados, antiguos e incómodos. Difícil encontrar los tomacorrientes para los dispositivos. Hubo que mover los veladores.El internet, velocidad baja. El aire acondicionado.. nunca aprendí a manejar.Sitio me indican peligroso a la noche.

Taylor Sherman: Kind of a rough experience at this hotel which led us to stay for only one night. We arrived at 9 pm and they didn’t have our reservation after getting a confirmation email a month before from one of their coordinators. They eventually offered us a replacement room, which was very basic and not great. It appears the hotel is under renovations and we got one of the old rooms. A high pitched / high frequency sound was in the room the entire night so we had to wear earplugs and play white noise all night in order to fall asleep. The air conditioning system did work well. The breakfast was pretty poor (plastic silverware and cups, juice was not fresh, etc.) There is no business center and the photos are out of date. The management did try to find us another hotel room and gave us a discount for the trouble which was appreciated.

Marco Straumann: Very positive experience! Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was super nice and clean. From the outside the hotel looks not very welcoming, but it’s actually very modern inside. Location couldn’t be better. Just in the middle of the city and still it is quiet during the night. Size of the bed was massive! Never had such a huge bed. Although the mattress is a bit too soft for my taste. We booked with breakfast which was ok. Will definitely come back!

I gave them a $10 for change and then the girl at the front desk refused to give me change or my money back.2. They cancelled my reservation without any notice and made me pay for a private room instead.3. Came for the happy hour and was told they were “out of alcohol” after receiving a text about it 30 minutes before me going.Overall - nothing but bad experiences here. And it’s NOTHING like the photos.
Eponine G: I made a reservation in January for my stay in June.. we just arrived and they said they had to cancel it. I never got any email saying it was cancelled. They acted like they did not care and only offered us a private room for MORE what we originally paid, with no discount.Very disappointing. I will not ever stay here again.
Celina Peter: We wouldn't come back! A GoPro and cash were stolen from our room. We told the hotel staff and also explained that we are sure that the things were there before, still they were suspicious of us and as a first reaction defended the cleaning lady. Only after 2 days complaining really angry, the hotel manager helped us more. The security in this hostel was not guaranteed! We were offered another night to stay, but we already had next bookings, then they didn't even offer a coffe or food ....Safety: Bad security!
Hoseina Marcos: the security at Manso Boutique is not guaranteed at all. we had cash stolen from the room plus a GoPro and the hotel staff did not want to believe that the things got away and they did not help us at all in the beginning and did not take us seriously. They did not accommodate us at all and the staff was completely overwhelmed with the situation. Only after we wanted to speak to the manager were we and our problem taken seriously.
