Tomo K: Poor communication and lack of correct updated information.The page is not updated. The Quito office no longer exists. You always have to receive your product in Guayaquil or pay Servientrega if you want it in Quito.The packages arrived without problems.I ordered 2 packages from Amazon and AliExpress from the US warehouse from them. They sent me the first invoice on July 5th after confirming that I bought the other package on July 3rd and they charged 2 separate times.I imagined that I was going to pay 10 in total but I paid 24 in total with Servientrega.If you buy something expensive I can still recommend this service because it is an official business with the invoice and it is safer, but I recommend using a personal mule from the Facebook group for example if you buy something cheap to receive it in Quito.

When it finally arrived after a month of asking for it and 2 weeks of being in their hands practically, when I want to go pick it up I can't because they don't know the value of a separation of pounds.
